Situated in the quiet country lanes of Jersey in the Channel Islands is this relaxed countryside farmhouse. A colour palette inspired by materials from the local area, the neutral warmth of timber and Jersey stone accented by the green of the home’s leafy surroundings. Combined with bespoke elements, the outcome is a unique and modern family home that feels warm and welcoming nestled in its country surroundings.
Our brief for this traditional farmhouse was to create a warm and homely scheme to sympathetically recreate the beautiful surrounding countryside of this charming corner of Jersey, but with a luxury, contemporary twist. We achieved this with expertly designed statement lighting and bespoke joinery and furniture in modern and textured fabrics, much of it made by local artisans. We took care of every detail, down to the artwork, all carefully selected to complement the theme.
